extremely slow shipping

not at all satisified with the shipping ....placed an order with this company Aug 1st its now August 22 have not recieved it yet ...longest time every getting a package from an online site....and my friend also placed an order the same day and she has not received her either..don't think i will be ordering again would rather pay full price than have to wait a month to recieve my package...and i can't track my order and neither can the company...

Great Product

I ordered ethernet cable, subwoofer cable and single gange wall plates from MP and wow this is top notch stuff. I usually buy rocketfish or monster products but never again. Monoprice is great quality stuff, low cost, low shipping to Canada and customer service is excellent as well. I am so satisfied with my purchase I am looking at other product MP has like projector mounts and in wall speakers too:)

I had the fastest delivery I have ever had from ANY COMPANY. The prices are very reasonable. I had a spring on the iPhone 4s belt holder be a little weak, but it was easy to mod. I have order from them in the last year about 5X (a guess) and have never been disappointed.

I purchased the 8588 Articulating TV Wall Mount,wich is a very good product, it is just as discribed,and was tested in the extended position with my 210lb. body siting on top. I did modify a specially built wall and used the hard ware that came with the stand, although I did pre-drill and lubed the 1/2" bolts to be shure it did not split the wood or break off the head as others claimed. I hung a 55" Vizio led weight 67 lbs. and so far every thing is perfect. Adjusting the tv tilt,vertically is a challenge simply because the tightening knob is in an ackword position, and it would be a BIG help if they supplied a template for the mounting holes as this stand is very heavy to use as a template.The built in buble level I found to be also not true. I would still highly recommend this product,and the price can NOT be beat.
