Satisfaction Guaranteed!

When attempting to purchase a RCA Video and Audio (3RCA connectors on both ends) I inadvertently clicked svideo with left and right audio. This would not work for me! After I received the cable, I looked over my email order and realized that I had made the mistake. I called immediately and thought I was going to have to pay a restocking fee since it was my goof up but the lady on the phone in customer service said that it would be ok I could just send the old one back and they would swap it out. Little did I know they also immediately sent the replacement cable and a label for me to return the item back to them. WOW, what service! All I can say is, Thanks and keep up the good work and low prices. :)

Nowhere else for me!

I happened to come across Monoprice 3 years ago when I was a broke college student trying to wire up some older stereo equipment graciously given to me by my dad. I'd done a bit of searching in big box brick and mortar stores, and was resigning myself to sub-par cabling so I could still eat at the end of the month. After spending some time searching the internet, I found Monoprice's extensive collection of cabling. Given the prices, I couldn't pass them up, and I was impressed by their prices, but blown away by the quality. I couldn't believe how much life was found by these cables in that old stereo, or just how great the quality of the construction and performance of the cables. I haven't looked back since that first purchase, and now I only buy from Monoprice!

Speaker Wire and Home Theater Accessories

Last week, for the first time, I ordered from MonoPrice. Their website is very easy to navigate, items described clearly, very good selection of products, and the best prices I've found anywhere. As a bonus, they shipped the same day I called so I received the items only four days after the order was placed. Not bad for California to Wisconsin!!

MonoPrice is priceless!

When looking for toslink keystone inserts, I stumbled on MonoPrice. What luck, they not only carried what I needed but they carried it at a much lower price point than everyone else! Even better, I found that they sold toslink couplers which I purchased for pennies and with a little creativity and a dremel, I had made my own keystone inserts. MonoPrice will be my go-to online supplier for any type of structured wiring or A/V needs.
