Excellent service!

A few years ago a user on a forum I read recommended Monoprice when I needed to order cables for my HDTV. The cables were of excellent quality, so well priced with reasonable (and quick) shipping that I have always come back to Monoprice whenever I need cables of any sort (and some hardware). With my last order I used Monoprice's live chat for the first time and the tech rep was excellent finding the correct printer cables I needed providing me the links quickly so I was able to put my order in so that it was shipped that same day and I received the order to the east coast 2 days later. I am always pleased by the excellent customer service, prices and shipping and I have recommended Monoprice to others. Thanks!!

Graphic Designer

I knew as a graphic designer that I was going to pretty much require a graphics tablet..everywhere i looked, all anyone was talking about was Wacom tablets but the price is insane!! Then i found a blog that was reviewing Monoprice tablets and I found a graphics tablet that a starving artist can afford that works great!! I also ordered replacement nibs at crazy low prices! Then I ordered a new pen, because the two that come with the tablet (yes, two!!) were a little hard for me to use because i kept accidentally clicking the buttons..I got the new one it's lighter with buttons flush on the surface and easier to change the battery in. But it didn't work! Oh no! Haha just kidding because I sent Monoprice an email saying what happened and they shipped me a new one right away at no cost to me!! Monoprice, this starving artist loves you!!!!!!

Owner Installer

Is there really Tech support at Monoprice? Tried to get on the online chat only get blank page. Filled out support form and sent twice. Called customer service and was assured I would get a call from Tech support (09-09-12 info sent on tech form 09-10-12 talked to customer service 900am) No Email or contact by phone as of 09-11-12. Is it to much to ask for a little help with a Monoprice product? I will not be treated like this as a customer. I will be uninstalling all equipment , repacking, returning for a refund and buying product from another source from here on. A simple response is all that it would have taken to solve this issue but now I will buy and refer business elsewhere. My point is monoprice has great products and price but Tech support is terrible if there really is a Tech support at all.

Overnite????

Placed an order before 2:00 pm on 8/29/12 just like others posted here, except in this case overnite failed. Checked my tracking and it's just arrived at my local post office. What's up with that? I live in CA too.
