Customer Service and Price

I purchased my first lcd tv back in 2007, and immediately ran into the dilemma of needing cables and cords for proper installation. My local electronics stores carried cables, but they were charging ridiculous amounts for them. Somehow i came upon the monoprice website, and I could not believe they were selling the same thing for a fraction of the cost! Over the years I have purchased many items from monoprice, and always been satisfied with the price and quality of the items. I recommend monoprice to all my friends and family anytime anyone needs a cable, or any number of the products available.

Best Prices ...

I like to tinker with computers and like building my own PC's, and my friends reach out to me with their computer/ electronics needs. Sometimes it's difficult to find the right part that I need in the store or it's just too expensive.

eBay sellers may have the same part available, but it's always difficult to trust if you are getting the correct stuff or when the product will land at your door.

Monoprice has the best selection at great prices. I usually send my friends here as well when they ask me for a specific product, and they have been happy with the service they have received.

I have purchased lots of stuff over the years from Monoprice and there prices are very good and the quality of there stuff is just as good or better then the more expensive stuff that is sold in stores

Why I like MonoPrice

I first heard about MonoPrice several years ago on one of my podcasts. As usual I needed this or that cable so it was not long before I was logging into MonoPrice.com to check it out. I was truly amazed at the prices! I was kinda skeptical. First would the quality of the product be a reflection of the price? Second when would I receive my order if at all. Well I have to say that quality has never been an issue and I have always received prompt shipping.
In short I tell my friends about MonoPrice.com all the time. What kind of friend would I be if I kept this all to myself? The only thing I have found is when talking with friends is that I often need to cut through the FUD (fear uncertainty and doubt) that some of the electronic chain stores have put out there about how much you have to spend on cables and such to receive a great signal to your components. Once that is done we can all save a bundle at MonoPrice.com

Hands Down Best Source - AV Cables & Adapters etc.

Monoprice is the hands down best source for audio/video cables, adapters and accessories. I've purchased a variety of products from Monoprice network cables, audio/video cables, TV wall mounts, phone charges etc. Never been let down. Quality products at more than fair prices. Even with shipping Monoprice beats high priced big-box stores. Simply the best!

Monoprice is one of the first places I look for cables, mounting plates, etc. The prices are great, quality is equal to the other companies, very large selection, and they ship fast. When some of us discuss a cabling or mounting situation, the question "what does Monoprice have?" is sure to come up. :-)
