Everything that I have ever purchased has been of top quality and functioned exactly as stated. Every order was processed promptly and arrived quickly. While I have never had to return anything it seems from reading other reviews that MonoPrice handles each customer question or complaint quickly and resolves each issue to the customers satisfaction.

I have told all of my friends and family about MonoPrice and they too have become customers. Everyone is amazed at the low prices and quality products.

A+ Customer Service

Monoprice always gets it right...excellent products and unheard of prices. I can always rely on them for standards such as cables and the like. But, then they surprise you with standouts like HDTV mounts, multiple desktop monitor stands and the like.
An example of a great company with great products and employees!

Great Cables, Great Prices, Great Delivery.

I've had nothing but a good experience with all the cables I've purchased from monoprice.com. All of them have arrived faster than expected and all have lasted longer than the factory originals they were replacing.
I've never seen lower prices anywhere.
So far, I've not had to deal with customer service, but that's the best testimonial I can give. I'm a satisfied customer.

Best prices anywhere

For the price of one cable at Best Buy, I was able to wire my whole system (4 hdmi and 4 toslink) cables and still have money left over.

Have also recommended MonoPrice to very satisfied friends and family.

Best site for accesories and cables

I always buy phone and gaming accessories here and get the best deals, period. The quality is good and I save so much money. In my opinion the best thing to buy here is speaker wire and any kind of video/audio wiring (hdmi, component, etc). I recommend this site to everyone and discourage buying from retail stores where everything is way overpriced. It's such a relief to have found a great site that is reliable and sells high quality items.

Monoprice is the only place I go for my tech. purchases.
It is fast service and guaranteed products. It is for me a great website to purchase few or large quantities.
