Discovering MonoPrice was like discovering a gem on a sandy beach. In a world where cables and accessories are the profit center for electronics stores MonoPrice offers a variety of quality products at substantially lower prices.

After a number of orders over the last 5+ years I have never been unhappy with their products or service. Shipping has always been quick and there has never been a back order.

My only contact with customer service was because of something I didn't do correctly and they were quick and courteous about getting the information they needed and getting the shipment out the door.

I really can only say good things about MonoPrice.

Great price, great product

I had ordered the HDMI cables from MonoPrice about a year ago. And I am very impressed with their price, it's unbeatable. And once I received my cables, I was surprise how good of the quality is. I am still using those HDMI cables that I bought a year ago and no problem or issue whatsoever. I will definitely recommend anybody to MonoPrice.com.

Monoprice is really the best place to get cables

I am a long monoprice fan due to their awesome price. Even picked up some of the supplies from their warehouse before and after they moved. For the supply of cable I saved over 100 dollars with just a few items when I was setting up my home theater system as compared to buying it in stores or other online shops. There are now some online stores as cheap as monoprice now, but their delivery time is worse. Thanks monoprice for all the different products you have with prices that are extremely great bargain!

How to kill a Monster? Give it Mono.

Start with the prices. They make sense. The crazy price that everyone else charges for very simple - and inexpensive - cables and adapters is ridiculous.

Then there's the customer service. Again, just great.

I have purchased a great many items from MonoPrice from adapters to networking tools and cables, withe everything in between, and have found MonoPrice to have the best quality, widest selection and the lowest price any where. For the quality they supply at such a low price it is hard to imagine how local retailers can feel justified selling the infieror products a such and inflated price.

Mono price

I have used Monoprice for the past 2 1/2 years. There products and service are second to none. I have had to send back a part that was broken during shipping and it was very seamless. I have told my family and friends aboput them and have personally known over a dozen friends who now order from monoprice. i have now purchased 5 tv mounts and once I finish my basement all my home theater products (wires and speakers) will be purchased here as well. keep up the great work.
