Delivery / Customer Service Issues

I placed an order on Monoprice for a dvi to hdmi wire that was priced better than anywhere else. I was pleased with the purchase but disappointed to find out that the product was never delivered to the specified address and then was shipped BACK to the facility without any notice.

Secondly, I had to call THREE times to get a simple address applied to the order. The first call I placed the girl told me that she would change the address as I requested and re-send me an email to approve the charge...hours later nothing. I called after work again to get things straitened out and a different girl had seen that who ever had I had spoken with before said she was going to resend me the charge, but i informed her it didnt happen. I figured all the trouble i went through before would be incorporated and I would have a new charge issued for the new address. It wasnt so I called for the third time and she straitened it out and resent it to me.

It was a waste of my time. Ill go elsewhere in the future if this what I will have to put up with.

Good stuff!

I'm sold. I wasn't sure about you guys when I first ordered some speaker wire. Then it came. It was shipped quickly and of high quality. I then ordered some speaker stands. They were very affordable and of solid quality as well. I then ordered some in-ear headphones that were highly rated on CNet. I can't wait for them to arrive.

So, I'm sold. Add more products so I can do all of my consumer electronics shopping at Monoprice!

Great Products, Great Service

I've spent close to $1,000 with Monoprice over the years for everything from TV mounts to wall-mount shelves to racks and rack-mount equipment. The products are almost always well designed and manufactured. I've only purchased one product which I wasn't happy with and Monoprice went out of their way to find my dissatisfaction in the product review and create a RMA for the product for me. I had expected to have to keep the item because the cost of return shipping was more than the product's price, but I'm pleased Tjayi went the extra mile to help me out. They'll certainly be getting my return business for years to come.

A Lifer

It's been years now, and I still am surprised at how inexpensive Monoprice is, especially when one considers the quality of what they sell. Yeah, there might be one or two products out of thousands that don't live up to their reputation, but by and large, their products are not only amazing deals for what they cost they are simply GREAT products that far exceed products tens of times more expensive. Like a total geek, I show people my cables when they come and visit. I proudly prosthelytize Monoprice every time someone tries to sell me cables, cases, or anything that one could buy on this site.

Monoprice has awesome products! The quality and price is unbeatable!! I will NEVER buy materials from anywhere else after shopping here. Here is one example. 3012 Speaker Wall Mounting Bracket - Black (Max 10LBS) - Set of 2 for $3.50. EXCELLENT quality for the price. I even used them to hang my speakers from the ceiling. You won't be disappointed if you buy from Monoprice. :)
