Amazing Service & Products... Oh and best prices too!
I always come to monoprice for my electronics and hook-ups. However, the main reasons are first and foremost the service. They have top-notch customer service. I can get help with product info or with pricing asap.
Also, everytime I receive a product it's quality. I mean impressive quality that is hard to compete with.
And last but not least, they go against the grain and provide great service, excellent quality but at a price lower than everyone else! Wow!

Monoprice is perhaps the worst kept secret in A/V shopping, particularly for cables and connectors. Quality products, great prices, and great service.

Monoprice has been great. I have ordered hundreds of items from them and every time i receive great customer service, lowest prices found on the internet, fast shipping, and most importantly... great product. The customer service dept has always taken care of any problems or returns (and it's rare that there is a problem or return). The technical team can assist with any and all questions. I order anything and everything from Monoprice and I love it. Best website ever!!!

Monoprice is great!
When it came time to build my home theater, Monoprice came through with great products at great prices. I placed several orders over the course of my project and each time I was extremely satisfied with the products I received. Now that my home theater is operational, my wife told me that she never want to go the commercial theater again. Thanks Monoprice!!
