I have been buying from Monoprice.com for several years now. I first purchased cables for myself, but soon am ordering for the organization I work for. Not only are the prices very reasonable, but the quality of the products are top notch. I purchased both online, and at the warehouse, and whether I am on the phone, or in the warehouse doing a will-call, the service is incredible. Monoprice's customer service personnel want to make sure you get the right product, and that it works for your situation. They have easy return policy when something doesn't work out the way you hoped. I am more than satisfied with Monoprice as a whole.

Family IT Guru

I am the go-to guy for A/V and computer issues for my extended family and many of my friends. I tell everyone i know about this site, and they are always staggeringly pleased. There are some things on this site you simply can't get anywhere else, and even exclusive items come at the most competitive price by far. I simply will not pay for cables anywhere else. The quality standards, customer service, and availability and pricing are without match.

The absolute best place to buy cables and accessories

I don't often write testimonials for online stores because there is usually something I'm not satisfied with, but in the case of Monoprice I'm always completely satisfied with my experience. Monoprice is the only place I go to when I want to buy cables and other video equipment accessories because not only are their prices the lowest but the quality is also extremely high.

I've never been dissatisfied with a product that I've bought off Monoprice and the fact that I've also never paid more than $15 for a single item says a lot. It's ridiculous how many items you can order and after shipping still not even hit $20 total. My orders also arrive very quickly, and as someone who lives in Canada this is not something I'm usually used to when ordering from an American website.

Monoprice is honestly the only online store that I've recommended to people. I can't say enough great things about my experience.
