Very satisfied with the customer service upon my review, they informed me of the lifetime warranty on the product, i had forgotten/was not aware.
When I did not respond within the week, they followed up to check on my review.

Although I waited a long time for my original order, Monoprice was very quick in replacing my lost package. They re-sent my package the day I contacted them and I received it via courier the next business day.

Great prices. Super accomodating. Very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Paid less than a $ for something Best Buy wanted $10 for. Paid $10 for something Best Buy wanted $25 for. Cannot be beat.
