Awesome Customer Service

Monoprice has one of the best customer service. I've been able to return eSata cables even after they've been opened without hassle. I once ordered some COAX connectors and even though the description said 1 item as a bag of 50, they actually sent me exactly 1 connector. I found this as being funny and once I alerted them to their mistake they immediately rushed out the correct item without further problems. I immediately use MonoPrice as my resource when I need any type of cable. You can't go wrong with MonoPrice!

I love monoprices quality on cables.. especially when comparing them to higher priced cables that supposedly work better but dont really. I have been buying all my cables and A/V accessories from mono price because they have killer prices and options that others would charge you an arm and a leg. Their shipping options are also unbeatable. It helps that I live in SoCal and they are able to ship overnight. I have referred many people to Monoprice and will continue to do so. I have not heard one complaint from those that have tried it.

Monoprice is the best, they save you so much money,dept. stores charge more than double the price of mono, and theyre products are inferior to mono,and mono's custumer serv.(ask for shaun ) is excellent.

Monoprice is the first place I go whenever I need anything small like a cable, adapter, or anything else that mainly serves to make larger products just work. The quality and price are far superior to any other supplier.

MonoPrice should be the MonoPoly

I've purchased hundreds of dollars worth of equipment that would have easily cost me thousands more almost anywhere else. HDMI cables, speaker mounts, Tele mounts, etc. This service is instrumental in my personal and professional endeavors.
