Within mere seconds, technical support was available via chat and offered quick and friendly advice. Tech support answered all of my questions and led me to the product that best fit my needs. After I placed the order, I noticed that the incorrect item was ordered (my mistake). I quickly logged in and a technical support person verified my mistake, gave me the correct product number, and transferred me to customer service who quickly corrected the order - all via convenient chat. I am now waiting for the order to arrive in the mail. I hope that the products are as wonderful as the service! Thank you.

I've purchased cat-6 cables to wire up my house from my wireless router to all my TV's and BlueRay players (in Living room, kitchen, and bed room) and home computer. The devices that need a hard wired connection all run great and stream movies and music better than running by wireless alone. The wireless router is still there for portable devices, but I like the cat-6 cable to the TV's/BlueRay's better.

Home user

I've spent thousands on cables, printer servers, wall jack components, network equipment, etc over the year.
Now I can purchase literally hundred of dollars of the same quality products for less than half the cost.
When I say identical quality, I mean it. You can put their Flat screen wall mounts side-by-side with name brand manufacturer units and the monoprice product will not only be less than 10% of the price, but actually better quality! You can't beat that!
