Slipping

I usually receive great service from Monoprice and have recommended them to friends and family. Recently that seems to be slipping.

Within minutes of placing an order this morning I realized I wouldn't be able to use and item and after trying to contact them through their web form (before 6am) and then with live chat they weren't able to take the item off my order.

I also ordered a duplicate 4x2 hdmi switch to one I had receives earlier this year. The new one came with no battery in the remote even though it had a qc sticker on it.

Prior to these incidents they have been a great vendor.

great experience

After researching what I needed I found it here. This place had everything for my big screen installation. And the best part was the price, I have no issues with the product I purchased here and if I ever have anyone ask where to buy any a/v supplies I will definitely refer them here.

Great Product!

I was refered to Monoprice just before Christmas! Got a new LED Flat Screen from Santa on Christmas! Ordered some Redmere HDMI Cables on the 26th. Monoprice was GREAT, UPS MAIL INNOVATIONS is not! I tracked my cables from Southern CA., to WA. I live in OR. The cables sat in WA. for a few days, just received cables last night (Jan. 5)........... My cables took 10 days to travel 880 miles! (1500 by their methods) "Did the shipper use Horse and Buggy?"
I am otherwise excited about Monoprice and look forward to my next purchase!!

We returned the defective product and had a new backpack in about a week, and that was during the Christmas season! Pleasantly Suprised!

Your site was recommended by a friend that couldn't stop talking about how great Monoprice is. I decided to test his enthusiasm. I ordered the Mechanical keyboard case for my ipad 2. I've been looking for a while for a quality keyboard case. I wasn't sure about purchasing it because of the low price. I saw the 2 reviews and decided to get it. I'm glad I did. I'm very impressed by the quality of the product and service I received from Monoprice. I'm a avid Amazon shopper for all my electronic purhases. Looks like I'm going to switch my buying habit to Monoprice. Oh, I love the will-call pickup program they have. Great job MONOPRICE!!!
