Excellent service and prices

I have been shopping at and recommending others to Monoprice for a couple of years now. Monoprice is my first and almost always my last stop when I need any kind of A/V or computer-related cable or connector. Their selection is unmatched, shipping is fast and properly packaged, and their prices are unbeatable. Monoprice customer service has also always been excellent.

Guilt-reducing prices, fine selection, good quality

I have made a few purchases for essential and sometimes hard-to-find cables & adapters from Monoprice. My good experience with their unbeatable prices and fast shipping makes Monoprice my first and last stop for the things I need to make my home theatre work, no matter how creative I have to be to interconnect the components.

Better than retail

I used to work for a big box retail store, one with a motif of blue and yellow, and was amazed at how much we charged customers for cables but how little the cost actually was. While I was working there it was not much of a problem because of my employee discount, but after I left I could not stand the thought of paying so much for something that costs so little. Luckily a friend introduced me to monoprice.com, not only were the cables a reasonable price, I personally feel the quality is better than the very expensive "mythical beast" cables you find in retail stores.

Monoprice Fan

I needed a 50-ft HDMI cable to run through an attic and over to a projector, and you can imagine what a cable like this would cost at least, what it would cost anywhere but Monoprice. They have TONS of cables, TONS of adapters, TONS of cable size options, unbeatable prices, high cable quality, and well-packaged, quickly-shipped items. I don't know why I'd ever shop anywhere else for cables.

I've ordered a lot from MonoPrice over the years. From HDMI switches to cables of all sorts, I have been more than satisfied with the quality and service of MonoPrice. Monoprice is amazing

Monoprice has been the best place for years when it comes to audio/video needs. I don't understand how more people have not heard of this place when I get asked about where to look for cables and other things, people are sort of baffled that when I recommend Monoprice. I own a small video production business and am happy to know that Monoprice is here when I need to replace and/or upgrade things for work. Such good product at great prices, Monoprice has never, ever left me disappointed or dissatisfied. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Tech

Every transaction I've had with Monoprice has been a pleasant one. Usually when I decide to purchase something, I'll look at other sites/companies to price check, which usually can take a couple of extra days of me researching, but I've learned that everytime I've decided to buy off of Monoprice, they had the lowest price. The best part about this is the Customer Support. I've only had to speak to them once, but it was enough to give me the pleasure knowing that if something went wrong, they respond to you QUICKLY! Nothing is worse than having to email support and having to wait, wait and wait for a response. Keep up the good work, Monoprice.
