About the only negative thing I can say about Monoprice is they make me feel like an idiot. I think about all those years I paid 20 - 50 dollars at Best Buy for cables, and I just feel dumb for not going to Monoprice.

Expansive delivery

I made an order for delivery in Canada, USPS was not available as a delivery service (last time I ordered something from monoprice it was cheap and fast). Very expansive DHL and they charge me an extra $12, $2 for taxes and $10 for handling (there's no taxes for order less than $50 from U.S.). By chance, all the merchandise I ordered work great... I just keep a bad taste for paying $50 in total for delivery... It doesn't look so interesting finaly.

HDMI 15FT

Ordered the 15FT flat HDMI cable, and it was delivered FAST! Hooked it up, and it works perfect! Great made cables, at a fraction of the cost of big name companies. Thank you Monoprice!

I decided to buy a few and was impressed on the various selections of your products from colors to lengths and especially the prices. I have been recommending your web site ever since.

Amazing Customer Service

After ordering a product I was not happy with, I immediately looked into returning it. I discovered that it would actually cost more in shipping to mail the product back than the product cost itself. Very disheartened, I decided to write a review for the product so nobody else would make the same mistake I did and cut my losses.

Monoprice, being the amazing company that they are, responded to my review the next day with tips on how to improve the product. Even with their help I was unable to get the product to perform to my expectations. Knowing the shipping cost more than the product itself, they emailed me a prepaid shipping label so I could return the product at no cost to me.

If this isn't good customer service, I don't know what is. They are absolutely amazing and continue to earn my business.

Bad Web page ordering

Could not change my order on the web site for the amount of products I wanted to order. I tried to change the amount but when I went to check out it was doubled.Will not order from these people ever again

Excellent prices, excellent service
