I just wanted to say I have ordered many times from Monoprice and each time the products were shipped quickly and I have been very happy with the quality of the products. With their great prices they are my favorite place to shop for cables, switches, etc. Highly recommended.

Pro audio cables

I ordered 10 cables all together on Sunday over the internet, order was shipped on Monday and arrived Wednesday morning, will test the cable out soon but they look like a very good quality cables, the service is excellent, the price is out of this world, at least 1/4 or 1/5 of the price that i would have to pay here at any music stores in Victoria, BC. (hope this does not make you people raise your pricing)
Thank you very much for your service, deffinately will deal again in the future and I had all ready spread the work to all my friends and co-workers

Kudos to your technical help. Initially I placed an order for the wrong material. When I realized I need one additional part, I called customer service and was immediately referred to Technical assistance. The person helping me discovered during our conversation that I had ordered the complete wrong material. He guided me to what I needed, helped change my order and cancelled my original order. I am very impressed with the outstanding help your company offered. Keep it up you are in the minority.

I was originally going to post this on ResellerRatings but I don't feel like making an account with them. And since I already have an account with you guys I'll just post this here:
"Monoprice is the greatest thing since fried chicken! Their customer service is probably the best I've seen in a very very long time. Not only were they SUPER friendly, but the rep I was talking to even gave me a courtesy discount on my order. Now I don't know if it was because of my charm that she gave it to me, or if that's their company policy but either way I'm a very happy camper. Hopefully this review won't get her in trouble for hooking me up. I also hope people don't think they can just demand discounts on every order they make (few people are as charming as me), I just wanted to express my gratitude for the fantabulous service I received."

Great store

I have been very satisfied with my purchases from MonoPrice over the last few years. The prices are always great, quick delivery and good quality.

I purchased a hard drive enclosure that the cable did not stay in securely. I want to return it, but it was beyond the one year warranty period. Monoprice generously allowed me to return it for store credit. Thank you!
