Amazing technical / customer service!

Great business model and loyal customers!

I learned about MonoPrice.com when I was looking for installation instructions for a dual monitor setup video in YouTube three months ago. In the video, the man said MonoPrice has the best prices for computer cables and nobody beats their prices. I then went into the MonoPrice.com site and spent the next hour or so looking at its products, prices, and customer reviews. And to my delight, the products sold on MonoPrice.com have large selections, best low prices, accurately written product descriptions, well produced instruction videos, and excellent record of customer satisfaction. The layouts are well planned and searches for additional items are made easy. I placed my first order on the spot. Few days later, the package arrived. The packaging was a very simple one – sealed plastic bags for each cable with clear and precise labels. The entire purchasing experience was pleasant and seamless. This is exactly the kind of goods and services that turns one-time casual shoppers into multi-year long-term loyal customers. I now can’t imagine shopping anywhere else with all my electronic accessory needs.

The pricing is amazing and on most items I've ordered the quality has been top notch, especially the cables. The few times I have had trouble, either with a product being defective or when I ordered the wrong item, MP has been very quick to resolve the problem. I love this company!
