Great Products, Great Service, Great Speed

Monoprice has consistently provided outstanding products and all at unbeatable prices. I use them for all of my cabling and accessory needs. No longer do I have to worry about unscrupulous dealers on eBay. I can get better products at the same price with name behind them. Speaking of support, Once I received a charger that stopped working shortly after receiving it. Monoprice graciously sent me a replacement at no charge. Now that's what I call customer service. The staff are always very helpful. It's obvious that they are well trained and are not reading "canned" responses. I have been recommending monoprice.com to my friends. In fact, I plan on buying from monoprice for a few computer side jobs I have.

In short, Unbelievable company you got here. I wish I had known about them years ago.

Great Products & Service

I have heard about monoprice from a few friends. Mainly on the reasons that it's inexpensive and has great products. I put in a purchase for a few items and next thing I know it came in about 2-3 days later. By far the quickest shipment and great products that I had received. Not to mention that there is a 30-Day money back guarantee, and life time warranty. I also was provided a tracking number to see where everything is.

MonoPrice for Apple cables - no brainer

There's a huge swell of discontent for Mini-DP cables at the Apple Store. Monoprice's are a fraction of the price and lower than eBay's and have lifetime warranties - how could one go wrong?!

Why go anywhere else?

After seaching everywhere for hdmi cables and a flatscreen TV mount I found monoprice. MonoPrice beats everybody in price with no drop in quality or service. Why would anyone shop elsewhere.

Exceptional Quality, Rock-Bottom Prices, Excellent Customer Service Like No Other

For over 15 years, I have built my own PCs, tinkered with electronics, purchased numerous audio equipment, etc.

First, I tried purchasing cords, connectors and other related products at retail stores. I later learned from a savvy friend of mine to check out a website called Monoprice.com. I looked at the prices and was not convinced they were too good to be true. I thought the quality would be inferior at such rock-bottom prices boy was I wrong.

Well, I can say beyond any reasonable doubt that the quality of Monoprice equipment is outstanding. There is little-to-no degradation in my sensitive electrostatic speakers across even a long set of cables. Their banana plugs are make a world of difference offering great contact and they are convenient for quick rearranging. Their cables feature some of the nicest looking plugs around. They press in firmly and delivery crisp high quality signal. The materials of all their products is very high quality.

Whenever I am in the market for a product that Monoprice offers, I look no further, the choice is clear. Their products are like no other, they are the best both in terms of price and reliability. Their customer service is top notch. I would recommend Monoprice to you, as I recommend them to my family and close friends.

I am a custom installer of flat panel lcd and plasma tvs.
I purchase 90 % of my stock fro MonoPrice, Hdmi cables,wall brackets just to name a few.
I have never got a call back for any defective parts that I have installed.
The cost of the products are fantastic I pass on this saving to my customers, this generates more work and keeps food on my families plate.
