You do a Google search for that high priced Apple product, or a cable, a connector, a av gizmo.

You're excitement however is quickly over. Sorry we don' ship to Canada! Sorry we only use UPS or Fedex ground (expect a $$$$ customs clearance fee. Or a 'special handling fee. No, we don' ship USPS. Or we do, but only offer the $$$$ priority rate.

Network Administrator

I've been using network components as well as audio components from Monoprice for a few years now. I have been most impressed with their pricing, specifically when it comes to the quality of the products with such a small cost. So far everything I've purchased from Monoprice has been top notch, not yet have I received anything that has not worked, or broken down yet. I've paid more from other sources, and have had nothing but issues on a number of network components. I've recently bought ceiling and outdoor speakers from Monoprice for a client, who has yet to install them, but I'm in no way worried that these too will meet the top standards that I've come to appreciate from Monoprice. I won't buy anywhere else, unless I'm in a pinch, and now my local supplier is also stocking Monoprice products, so it's a no brainer if I don't have the time to wait for their quick shipping times and costs. Happy to have found MonoPrice, and thankful they have no issues at shipping to Canada :)

Simply the BEST

I have been a long time buyer of MONOPRICE products and promoter through word of mouth to my friends. I now mock at people buying name products (eh mum...Monster Cable) through the local retail electronic store (eh mum...Best Buy). I can get the same product through MONOPRICE for the fraction of the cost, which also include the fast and very inexpensive shipping. Most of my home theater needs runs through MONOPRICE's products. I have even used MONOPRICE for my cars. MONOPRICE products are very inexpensive and are good quality.
Customer Service is top notch as well. I had an experience with a product that failed and I sent a message to MONOPRICE. After telling MONOPRICE that returning the product back to them would cost more than the product, MONOPRICE sent me a replacement without asking for the defective product back and MONOPRICE did not charge me for the replacement. Now, that is CUSTOMER SERVICE. I will be a lifetime buyer of MONOPRICE products.

monoprice.com is one of the best website I go for shopping. I always check monoprice.com first before I make any purchase, since it offers the best price, the vast different selections and most important the best qualities. I recently remodeled my home and I networking all rooms, install theater homes. I purchased all hardware from monoprice.com from cables, wall panels...to speakers. And my friends cannot believe the great quality and the low price I paid.

MonoPrice, Thank you so much …. Your service has been outstanding. Let me take this opportunity to provide an unsolicited testimonial for the outstanding service that we’ve just received. When we initially ordered the adapter cable, we were not really sure what to expect in terms of reliability and service. But when our cables arrived earlier than advertised, we were pleasantly surprised. It only got better. Once we got the cables, we realized we’d ordered a size slightly too large for one of them and that the next smaller size was going to be most appropriate. With trepidation we endeavored to return the cable, and were pleasantly surprised at MonoPrice’s responsiveness to facilitate the exchange. In the process, the manufacturer sent the wrong size, but before we even realized it, MonoPrice had already sent me an email to notify me on how to return the product, with zero effort or expense on our behalf. quality and Price

Monoprice has quality service and equipment. As a business owner running from store to store is not an option. Monoprice offers quality products and great service. That alone kept me coming back, but their prices on some items have me recommending them to fellow business owners. Thanks guys..
