Top rate customer service

Monoprice's customer service is the best, as demonstrated when my most recent order was missing an item. I emailed them about the missing item in the morning, heard back in a couple of hours, and the part was on the way the same day.
As a warehouse/shipping manager for an internet based company I know that mistakes in shipping happen even with order fulfillment software and scanners. How those mistakes are corrected makes all the difference in leaving a good impression on the customer and earning repeat business. Monoprice sets the bar that all business should strive for.

Graphics Tablet

Shipping was good, the price was good. Tablet appears to be great. However I should have researched the product a little more. I thought the picture appeared on the graphic and I would just trace around it. Does not work that way. Find it very sensitive. It will take some getting used to.

I ordered my cables yesterday at at 1:45 pm and they were delivered at 8:45 am the next morning. Needless to say, I was impressed. This is not my first order and I have always received my orders promptly, however, this last order was the fastest ever. Of course the cables were just what I wanted and were of top quality.
