Great Service

Monoprice has great service, very fast shipping, and unbeatable prices. They are also very good at correcting any mistakes or problems, though I have only had to experience that service once. This is a great company to do business with!

Simply awesome

I have been a Monoprice customer for a long time now and I can honestly say that Monoprice is simply the best when it comes to both customer service and the quality and quantity of products that they offer. I built a Home Theater system and got everything but the speakers and receiver from them. The HDMi cables, Speaker cables and Banana Plugs are amazing, and the prices are amazing too! I guarantee you will not find these high quality products cheaper anywhere else.

Just cant beat em.

Monoprice is a great all around company, no wait, experience. Shopping is easy and quick. The products are always shipped asap and they arrive in a very reasonable amount of time. The quality of product is right on par or better than comparable products that cost up to and beyond 500% more at the store with the big yellow 'sale' tag logo. If a subpar product should ever slip through the cracks, the customer service people will make sure you get a product that works as promised (I've only had this happen once).

My entire HD setup has been wired with monoprice cables (5 HDMI cables and a Wii Component cable) and an HDMI switcher for around the price just one name brand HDMI cable would cost at the aforementioned store with the yellow logo.

For new/potential customers. The prices aren't too good to be true, they're just reasonable, because Monoprice doesn't want to milk you dry, they want you to come back and enjoy many more of their products.

Monoprice.com is my first stop whenever I need some electronics part or accessory. From CAT5 cables to headphones to toner to usb chargers...if Monoprice carries it, you can be certain that it's a quality product , and that you will not find it cheaper anywhere else. This site is the best!
