I stumbled onto your site a couple of years ago just by chance.....it was like buying a winning lottery ticket ! (well, not quite, but you know what I mean...)
The first thing that hit me was how astonishingly low the prices were .....
Sooooo..... I was REALLY skeptical at that point, but thought to myself "hey, spend a couple of bucks and find out what it's all about .... if it turns out be that the products are sub-standard then the fishing expedition didn't cost much" .....how wrong I was !!
I remember I first ordered a hard case for my iPhone....paid like $2.00 for it.....anywhere else it would've been 10 times as much.....it's still on that iPhone today ! Since then I've bought literally hundreds of cables and different items for our business and I have to say I've been 1000% satisfied every time.....just this morning I had to RMA 100 network cables back because I didn't use them, and even that was a painless process.
I don't know how you continue to do what you do, especially at these prices....just keep on doing it !!

Whenever I needed help about an item, I would talk talk to customer service, by phone or by chat, and every single time, I would get instant response and detailed explanation. And the delivery of all items I have purchased was very prompt and efficient.

I love MonoPrice!

I have made it a point to check out MonoPrice before I make a purchase for cables, etc. online somewhere else. Last Fall, I completely renovated my house and used MonoPrice cables for all my AV equipment as well as using their LCD mounts. I have recommended them to all my friends and family and is now their go-to place as well.

I have ordered a whole bunch of different audio cables on two occasions. I was pleasantly surprised by two things: The cables are of very high quality, but they are cheap. I also thought their shipping was lightening fast.

Great products at Great Prices

I was pointed to Monoprice several years back and have just received mylatest order. All the cable are always top notchand well made. They have little adpters that one would not think of that allow for installation in very tight spots.
The Prices are so resonable that I have always ordered more then what I need as it is generally cheaper to have the extra parts then to go to a local store or pay the shipping to Canada for a single item. I would recommend Monoprice to anyone looking for a great product as a affordable price

Most Satisfying Place to Order Products

I worked in customer service for nearly 25 years and know what is required for customers to return. The first is a good product or in MonoPrice's case, good products. The second is a fair price. The third is reliable customer care. I have ordered several times from MonoPrice from a HDMI switch to all sorts of cables. Each time I ordered, the price was the lowest, the product solid, and all items arrived in a very timely manner. Every single item has exceeded my expectation and to pay not just less, but much less is an added bonus. Their slogan of "best quality products at the lowest prices-always!" is the absolute truth, and I and thousands of others can vouch for that!
