Amazing Stuff - Colleagues do not believe the prices!

Great stuff! I started slow... just some cables... then some phone accessories... then some networking tools... my last purchased included fout 24-port gigabit switches. I've never needed technical, order or billing support. Everything has been right on the money.

HORRENDOUS EXPERIENCE! ABSOLUTELY IRATE DEALING WITH THESE GUYS

I rarely write reviews good or bad. This company has compelled me share my experience with anyone thinking about spending their hard earned money with these guys.

First of all the only reason I ordered from monoprice is because they're in California. I live roughly 6 hours away from where they are located. It took 7 days for my order to get to the city Hayward I live in. Upon delivery confirmation I get home to realize my package was not here. Keep in mind in between we had great weather (no expected postal delays)

Overall I'm upset with their snail paced shipping speeds and days between correspondence. They're actually not even that cheap compared to other places. If you factor in the necessary upgraded shipping. If you use them definitely pay more for upgraded shipping. UPS has never been my preferred choice to begin with.

Save your $ and order elsewhere. Why not give the small businessman a try? I will never think to order anything from this company again.

Uniquely Valuable EarPhones - For Sleep!
