Monoprice has became my 1 stop shop for all my cables and adapters needs. Their price is one of the lowest, if not the lowest. The best part is that, I know they stand behind their product and offer excellent customer service. BTW, I recently discovered their shop on eBay too.

Whenever I'm looking for any technical accessories - audio, home theater, cables, etc. - there's no other place to look than Monoprice.com. Their prices and products can't be beat. I've had great success with everything I've purchased from them and have recommended their site to many friends.

Amazing value, fast delivery

Whenever I need a cable the first place I look is MonoPrice. The quality of the cables is very good and the prices are amazing. The cheap overnight shipping in California is great too!

The customer service is outstanding as well, even when I ordered the wrong item, sent it back and order the wrong thing again they helped me out in every way they could including covering the shipping for my stupid errors. I did eventually get what I needed!

I do a lot of online shopping and deal with a lot of different companies. I expect good value and service and I am only satisfied when I get these. monoprice.com is my 1st stop for cables and network accessories. Yes, good price and selection and fast shipping are all there. But what most impresses me is the quality of customer service. In my years of doing business with monoprice, I've had everything from boxes arriving slightly damaged, to needing to change an order, to technical questions on a product. monoprice has taken care of me every step of the way and stood behind their products. They are always reachable by phone and email, and their response time with email is impeccable. I find monoprice to be a very rare resource in that regard, and I will continue to do business with them and promote them to others.
