Cant Be Beat!!

This website was introduced to me by a Directv service tech. I was a bit skeptical when he told me of the prices for HDMI cables in particular because seeing the prices in other stores and online vendors made it like impossible that they could be as low as he mentioned. When I got to the site and saw the prices I almost dropped my computer!! I immediately contacted a co-worker and told him of the site and when he saw the prices he said "Holy ____"! He ordered HDMI cables as well. This site is amazing and since I've been ordering from here I've not had any problems with the products and the shipping is very fast!

Great, caring service

Among the numerous items that I recently purchased from Monoprice was a replacement laser toner cartridge that was compatible with my Brother printer. Unfortunately, the print quality was poor and I wrote a review to that effect. Shortly after, I was contacted by Tjajyi Malone, the technical support social media lead for Monoprice, to follow up on my review. He thought that this may be a problem with a rare damaged cartridge and offered to arrange for a replacement. I accepted the offer and the RMA request was put to the Returns Department for action. Following a request for a scanned copy of a printed email to show the faint, uneven printing, I was contacted yesterday to confirm that a replacement will be sent to me. I was surprised to receive it today by DHL delivery! I want to thank both Tjayi and the folks in the Returns Department for their wonderful service in making this customer very happy. Great products and equally great service will keep me coming back to Monoprice.

Great Customer Service!

Just placed my first order. My order was 4 ink cartridges and 1 drum. The ink so far is good but the drum had some problems. They have offered to send me another drum or a refund. Very good customer service!!! Will use them again.

Great set of headphones!!

I just my Hi-Fi DJStyle Pro headphones and I love them. The fidelity is supurb with rich bass and high treble. I am a very happy customer and the price is unbeatable. This is everything I was looking for in headphones. I don't see any real change between the short cord and the thicker longer cord, as was mentioned in the reviews, both sound the same to me. Great buy.
