I love Monoprice! Found out about you guys about 2 years ago - since then I've bought 3 TV mounts, Wii accessories, and cables. I've told everyone I know about your site and I blog about you too. monoprice offers quality and good prices

Ever since I stumbled across monoprice several years ago, they've been my go-to source for cables and adapters, and various other small pieces of equipment. The prices are considerably less expensive than other stores and distributors, a small deal on the price is given for bulk purchases, and I've always been more than satisfied with the quality of goods I've purchased. Everything I've purchased has always worked the first time I taken it out of the box. Whenever friends, clients or colleagues ask about cables and adapters, the first place I send them is monoprice.

The only area of improvement I can think of is shipping cost and speed. Having a distribution facility on the east coast might just do the job.

First Time Customer

This is the first time I have used monoprice. I just bought a new HDTV and needed some HDMI cables for it, and for a computer monitor. I was referred to the site by a friend who uses monoprice all the time. I ordered 3 orange HDMI cables and within 5 days I received my package, but I only received 2 cables. I hopped onto the website, spoke with a customer service support person (Cesar, Level 1), and within 10 minutes he had a another cable being shipped out to me. It was extremely easy and way faster than I though it would be!

Monoprice is our silver bullet. We use them for everything. Gives us a huge advantage to be able to offer high quality products to customers while our costs our very minimal.
