I have shopped Monoprice for several years. They have great merchandise at great prices. They offer exceptional customer service and online help. There is no where else I've shopped that carry the inventory available at Monoprice. A great purchasing experience.

Generic pricing with name-brand quality

"Generic pricing with name-brand quality." That's even an understatement. The prices are sometimes even better than what your no-name brand is offering, and most of the time you even get better than name-brand quality. I can't BEGIN to think how much money I could've saved if I'd've found out about Monoprice a few years ago. I bought two 2-piece iPhone cases in different colors (so that I could customize the look), and it STILL cost less than my previous case that (I thought) was a killer deal on Amazon. I've since bought more Monoprice products, and am extremely satisfied with the unbeatable quality that goes with these products.

Unbelievable & unaccepable

order some speaker wire from this site 0n 5/5/13 went to track to see when the wire will arrive it said wont arrive until 10 DAYS i will never order anything from this site again .

Unbelievable

I don't see how anyone can say these things about this lying, cheating, corrupt, thieving company. But, I guess it's worth paying someone to write all these glory-filled testimonials to make monoprice.com look good which entices others to buy from them.

Well, I shall go down as one of those who were gullible enough to try to do business with them. Good luck to anyone else who faces what I faced for one simple order for two items totaling way under $20.

I wish I had found this store years ago! The speaker cable I ordered was of a gauge and price that no other vendor had, on the websites I visited. The sales tax was less than in other California cities, which was another slight savings. To top it all off, I got overnight delivery for less than 3 to 5 day delivery, when I took advantage of their recommended carrier. I can't wait to go through their catalogue to see what else I can buy from them!

Monoprice is Wonderful

I have ordered several products from Monoprice over the years. Their prices are unbeatable and their service is impeccable. I always get my order delivered in good time and at a reasonable rate too. If you think that Monoprice is too good to be true you're mistaken. Place your order with them, you will be happy that you did.
