Monoprice Cuts the bloat

Before finding Monoprice, going to retail outlets to pay outrageous prices for cables that I knew cost pennies to manufacture, really upset me.
Since then I've been using Monoprice exclusively for my personal computer/stereo/AV projects at home. I've just recently been able to introduce the company I work for to Monoprice. The cost savings are incredible.. For the price of one patch cable we bought from a competitor, I can purchase 10. The quality of their products not only meets the competitions but blows it away.

Great Products and Customer Services

I have been a loyal customer of Monoprice.com for three years now. Had one issue with an item (damaged in shipping) and their customer service department remedied the issue immediately. Not only do they have great products and customer service, their pricing is very competitive. I have shared these thoughts with friends/family as well.

Most Bang For Your Buck

In the past four years of my shopping comparative quotes nobody has come close to MonoPrice. It's not just a company for me but has become as much a part of my IT equipment as my network cable crimping tool.
I seek to excel both at work and in the "friends and family tech support" arenas and a big part of that is being able to ballpark expenses for people so they understand what they're getting into. Over time I had become accustomed to the prices I saw around me and assumed that they were reasonable because they were consistant.
Until I started browsing MonoPrice which is when I discovered that even AFTER shipping and handling most stores and websites were charging upwards of twice as much for the same product. Not to mention that many other places don't carry the range of video adapters I'm frequently asked about.
The website has an intuitive layout, smooth search feature and feels well thought through. The deliveries are on time or early and I've had no problems with any product.
MonoPrice delivers the quality services I myself strive for.

Great service - Great value

I have placed several orders with Monoprice and I've never been disappointed. Every time I order products from them I am always amazed at the cost difference between Monoprice and anyone else. You would think that either quality or service would suffer with such low prices, however, that is certainly not the case. My orders are always promptly shipped and I receive exactly what I'm expecting.

You get exactly what you want

I'll tell you something, if you need "it" RIGHT NOW, go out and buy it, but if you plan ahead and want the best service, and a quality product for a great price you come to Monoprice.com.

Several years ago I was looking for a certain adapter for my home theatre and a bunch of wiring to go along with it, I couldn't find the adapter ANYWHERE local, and the prices local stores were charging were beyond silly for the wiring. Even after I factor in the time it takes to ship AND the shipping rate itself it was still LESS than half the price, and all I did was sign for it at the door.

I won't go anywhere else.

As a network wiring and home theater wiring installer, I found MonoPrice to be a great source for cable. They have UNBELIEVABLE prices! They have a great selection of common cable types as well has hard-to-find specialty items. MonoPrice is also a great place to get termination supplies: wallplates, jacks, etc. It is all quality stuff, too. Their shipping is prompt and cheap!
