Great Service

Customer service is amazing, everyone is more then willing to help you. When I made a mistake and over orded a few items, the customer service person made my return fast and easy. You would think other competitors would try to follow their business model, but no one has been able to replicate their strategies, even though it's as simple as offering the best prices, best serivce and best parts. The real reason why monoprice beats out the competition is their passion for technology and love for their customers. Best Price on SurroundPrice... MonoPrice

Can't get any better than this website.

Everything is at a wonderful price and the service is awesome.

I ordered HDMI cables and 1 was not working properly and they shipped me 1 right away for a replacement, at no cost to me.

Still the best!

When I first found Monoprice years ago I thought I had hit the goldmine and wanted to keep the site a secret in case it got too popular and they hiked their prices. Well, word got out anyway and low and behold - amazing prices remained!

I have placed countless orders with Monoprice, and have directed dozens of people to their site. I live in Canada, and even with taxes and duties the prices are still 1/4 of what I would pay here for cables and wall mounts. I outfitted an entire retail store with in ceiling speakers for a fraction of the price that local stores wanted!

Unquestionably, the best retail website in the world!

Monoprice -The greatest

This is one of the greatest on-line vendor sites. I am never at a loss to find what I want when I want it. And the prices are so much better than the other on-line vendors. I use a Mac and have difficulty at times to get what I want, yet Monoprice has never let me down.
I would highly recommend this site to anyone who needs the kind of items that Monoprice stocks.
