Always good prices for quality products, now I can attest to excellent customer service. I had a problem that I caused with the shipping instructions for some items that I ordered. I was able to go to the online chat and a nice person named DESIRAE helped me out by correcting the mistake that I made and didn't even hint that she knew that I made a stupid mistake. Last week I received my order from Monoprice,(I always get my orders fast!),a 6' Toslink optical cable, the fancy one with mesh shielding. On Friday after work I took my entertainment wall down to re-arrange, (added a new component). When ready to use my new cable, I found that my poodle had grabbed it and took it to the back yard. It had been raining for the last couple of days and the cable was soaked and adorned with little bite marks all along the cable, my dog had chewed the plastic end-caps off!

After expelling my anger at the poodle, I grabbed my blow dryer and dried out the cable,decided what the heck,and hooked up my CD player to my Preamp and,,,,it has worked flawlessly ever since,(have listened to many CDs since).

Not only do I think the service,great pricing and fast delivery from Monoprice is great, but I believe in the quality of the products!

Tech Wannabe

It was my great pleasure to shop at MONOPRICE for articles that are truly unique to this store front.

The various lengths of cable was of particular interest to me. I have a number of 100' cables in place through walls etc as many people do. The lock tabs have broken off several of the cables leading to loose connections even with the rubber band cure.

I bought F to F couplers and short and very short internet cables. The cables fit very snugly in the coupler and into the appliances they are to connect. This enabled a quick 6" patch instead of stringing new cable!

Ethernet Cable

I was turned on to Monoprice by watching my tech geek friends at Tekzilla. Mono has great prices and good products. My Ethernet cable was about a 10th of the price charged by the big box guys. Thank you Monoprice. This is not my first purchase and not by far my last.
