Best Bang for Your Buck!

You just can't beat Monoprice. For one, they have extremely reasonable prices that can't be beat. Their products are especially perfect for the type that love to tinker/experiment and want to try something out on the cheap. Second, their customer service is excellent. My order shipped and one item wasn't 100% identical to the picture posted. The item received performed the function advertised, but it was it's secondary (non-essential) function that I was interested in. After a quick email, they gladly shipped the correct item at no charge and I got to keep the first one! They stand behind their products and they stand behind the warranty. I'll keep my business with Monoprice.

Retired

I was having trouble figuring out an audio connectivity problem, so I sent an e-mail to Monoprice expressing my confusion. Tech support gave me not merely an answer, but an explanation of the principles involved! The suggested solution involved my buying an inexpensive $8.00 part (with shipping).

Never dissapointed with MonoPrice

If I only had a quarter for everybody that I've sent to this website for cables, tv mounts, toner...anything. One of my favorite things to do is swing by the AV/phone/network cable area at the big orange home improvement store (yeah, you know the one) and mention to people that they are going to be overpaying if they buy their things there. The people all seem happy when they write down the name of this website - if only I got to see their face when they see how much money they saved!

Awesome Materials...

We buy iPhone cases and screen protectors here quite regularly and we love the prices. Monoprice has also become my main source for all my A/V cables and splitters - sadly I need them often - Monoprices are by far and above the best prices for keeping everything connected.
