Cables and Home theatre

I ordered many different types of cables for my Home theatre when I built my home 6 years ago. The cables connect many different devices to my home theatre projector and rolls back into the wall where it is very warm. None of the Mono price cables have ever failed me. On the other hand the cables that I did NOT buy from monoprice have been replaced about two times due to cracking and becoming aged (good thing I ordered extra monoprice cables). These failed cables were way more money and apparently worse quality than what I bought from monoprice. Thanks for making quality products at a resonalble price and helping me realize my home theatre. It works great and we use it everyday.

Excellent Service

I have been dealing with monoprice for some time now and let me say, every purchase/experience with them has been nothing less then pleasurable! They have outstanding prices, quality products, excellent customer service, and very fast shipping. I once had an order that i needed to return(absolutely nothing wrong with the product, just an incompatibility with my hardware). I used the Live Support Center to connect with a rep in a matter of minutes who gave excellent guidance and advice in order to correct the problem, however, the problem, we found out could not be fixed. The CSR was very polite and helpful and walked me through the entire return process. The return was quick and the refund was sent very fast as well. I recommend monoprice every chance i get! Once you start shopping here i promise you won't ever stop!!

My MonoPrice

I run a small computer repair business and if it weren't for MonoPrice, I don't know if I would still be afloat in this economy. MonoPrice provides the best cables and equipment, no matter what they sell, it's always been quality. Their prices simply can't be beat and with shipping often less than $5 for my entire order, they're my best-kept secret. I often order a few extra HDMI cables in various colors and lengths just so I can hand them out when a client needs one. They think I just gave them a $50 cable for free. MonoPrice, if you're single, I'm interested.

I've used monoprice for several years now for various items including cables, speakers, tv mounts, etc. I've always found great prices, wonderful customer service and on time shipping. I didn't believe friends originally when they talked about the pricing on the site but have become a huge fan over the years and recommend them to everyone.
