Monoprice Is Amazing

My family has ordered literally hundreds of things from Monoprice, and never had a bad experience. They have high-quality products for a low price, and if something is wrong, they go to great lengths to fix it. The one time I got a defective product, they immediately a replacement all for free. I always check Monoprice first thing when I need a accessory for anything electronic.

I usually buy all my cables that I need on mono price for a while now, great cables never had a problem with them, so I decided to also buy a phone case one day and it broke within first month. Surprisingly after I wrote a review Tjayi helped me out got me a new case was great customer serivce, I was really happy with quickness and responses

Amazing!

Before my order, I had never heard of Monoprice, sad to say. I was searching for a MHL adapter to allow my HTC DNA Droid phone connect to a HDTV, and I needed one that was affordable, yet reliable. Monoprice's offering fit the bill to a T. For a little over $12.00, I was able to obtain a device that usually sells for $50-60.00 and that $12 included shipping!

It was packed well, they immediately gave tracking information once it was shipped, and they actually shipped it when promised. (SAME DAY.)

They even got my order to me a day early. A day early! They even take PayPal as a payment option!

You just can't go wrong with Monoprice. Seriously, one of the best online experiences I've ever had. Shame they don't have retail stores, because they're great.

Flabbergasted

I rarely use this word and I am shocked at the extent this company above and beyond my expectations. I never have had a prior issue with any order in the past and when I mentioned a, *minor* (atleast perceived by me issue), they went miles out of there way to make sure it was fixed. Since I cannot tip them I have just going to have to place more orders to make up for their unexpected generosity. I rarely use the word flabbergasted but in this situation nothing else fits, I am left without words and they have unwittingly got me as a customer for life. I am not a shill, I know this is a glowing, beyond belief review but that's just what I got, unbelievable service and the only time something questionable happened... shocked and awed. Thanks MP, can't thank you enough. Keep on keeping on.

Owner Warnock Enterprises

I have been a customer of Monoprice for many years. I have never had a bad experience with them or any product I bought from them. Every item worked better that what I expected and are still working. I wpuld recomend Monoprice to be the vender of choice when looking for products they carry.
