The staff friendliness & helpfulness both on the phone and in person is superb. If I don't know the name of what I need, I just give them an idea or description and they are quick pickup what I'm referring to. The professionalism the employees possess is excellent especially in the pick up area of their warehouse.

Best Price for AV accessories

I check here first for ANYTHING home theater related. I recently finished my home and Monoprice saved me a ton of money in wall cables, speaker wire, av face plates and the TV mount.I love you guys! Found out about you guys about 5 years ago - since then I've bought 5 TV mounts, computer accessories, and cables. I've told everyone I know about your site and I blog about you too. So many people have thanked me for sharing your info. I don't know how you do it, but however you do it, keep it up!! You're my first choice when it comes to shopping for best price for AV accessories.

Fan For Life

I first found monoprice from a friend, thought that it was to good to be true when I was shopping around the site. The first thing that I ordered was a wall mount for my flat screen for my new home. The total price including shipping was lower than anyone’s by at least 40 dollars. I was so happy about the first wall mount I bought I ordered a second within the same week. After, the second one came I was a fan for life! It was not too good too be true! I have ordered just about everything I needed for my house from MonoPrice. (My wife would not want to know how much money I have spent on this site :)) . So if I ever need anything that involves electronics I go to MonoPrice. I am now a free "sales rep" for monoprice.COM..JK.. I highly recommend MonoPrice to anyone, and have recruited many people that have turned into Fans For Life.

Great Prices

Monoprice always has the best pricing on all my electronics needs. Their cable pricing is second to none with a great product. Living in Hawaii, they also have great shipping costs that are much lower than their competitors. That is one of the reasons I use Monoprice.
