If the products and the prices aren't enough to satisfy you, there is always a customer service representative there to offer your help in returning items or replacing them without having to ask them first!

Excited for Monoprice

I can't stop refreshing my e-mail account! I always look out for Monoprice specials after I bought the External Battery Pack PID:9531. It is working wonderfully and I am always looking out for other products that suit my needs at Monoprice since! Recently I have just purchased the iPad Keyboard Folio from their Back to School Session 1 and I can't wait to use it.

Monoprice makes quality products at an affordable price for a student like me. I am excited for their new products in the future.

Former cable customer

The Monoprice Digital Indoor Antenna liberated my family from the constant propaganda barrage delivered by cable TV. Reception is excellent, picture quality dramatic, and broadcast from three surrounding cities provides wonderful variety in video content. Thanks to you I plan to cancel cable, thank you for liberating us from the constant stream of cable propoganda programming.

Very Happy Customer

I have purchased three times from Monoprice during the past few months. I purchased an hdmi cable, an optical cable and I just purchased a pair of Monoprice MHP-865 headphones. They look great, sound great, feel great on my head and ears and at a great price. I immediately returned a pair of name brand headphones I had purchased previously. Their quality and sound was far below the Monoprice headphones.

Each time I made a purchase from Monoprice I was very pleased with the quality of the merchandise, shipping time and price. Keep doing whatever you are doing Monoprice. It's working.

Not at all happy..

I have been buying wall mounts and other items for several years now. I was getting a better price due to the bulk buying I was doing. Well.. I no longer get that price break.. Also I have notice the quality of the screws and bolts that come with the mounts have gone downhill. Enough so that I now purchase my own when going to customers homes to instal. I hope this is just a short term issue that can get resolved. Monoprice isn't the only place you can get a get price on a wall mount and other accessories..
