First ever problem with Monoprice
I had my first experience with returning faulty products to Monoprice and at first it was not a good experience, but I blame myself partly for that (as I have never had a problem with anything from them and never went through the process), but soon we were back on track and they took great care of me and I'm very happy with Monoprices customer service.
I want to say thank you and sorry for the miscommunication
They stand behind everything they sell.

I was just taken care of on a online chat and I'm sorry I forgot the gentleman's name but he was very polite and took care of a credit for your studio speakers (PID 605500) I had purchased and they went on sale today and he credited my account the difference and made it a painless transaction, thank you MONOPRICE

Prices, Service, and Quality
The first thing that drew me to Monoprice was an article mentioning a set of headphones. Upon glancing around the site more, I couldn't believe the prices that I was seeing for simple products like cables. I was pleased with the prices. Then there is quality. The majority of my purchases were mindblowing because of the quality. Granted a few things could be improved, but overall I was impressed. However, the best part was when I received my purchases the next day. Even better was a picture of it sitting on my doorstep. The service has been more than adequate, and this will be my first stop for any electronic needs.

shipping time has turned this customer sour
Pleased past customer, HOWEVER, arrival delay/lousy USPS tracking, has greatly lessened my interest in future purchases.
5 days 2 ship 35 miles? I rue not buying at the hated Radio Shack. Once I was amazed with the order to delivery time.
A speaker repair kit, 3500 mi away was received in two days. The 'local' Monoprice items sit in limbo.
