Home Theater

Tired of paying inflated prices for HDMI cables and other home theater items, I searched for an alternate place where to do my shopping. I was steered to Monoprice by a few audio & video forums. Not only am I happy with the quality and highly affordable items, Monoprice’s customer service is excellent!

Monoprice Fast Delivery and Quality

I have purchased several items on Monoprice and have always been impressed with the price, quality and speed of delivery. Working on putting together a new computer system and a new home theater setup, Monoprice allowed me to spend my money on the "big stuff", because I knew that I could get quality cables and other connection components without spending an arm and a leg!

When I had a problem with one item, Monoprice was also extremely responsive to my needs. They quickly handled the problem without any hassle.

I cannot say enough how happy I am with them as a company and I always recommend them to all my friends and co-workers!

Self employed contractor

MonoPrice has become my go to shop for all my cable requirements. The prices are fantastic. The products are high quality. There a lots of shipping options. I don't even look anywhere else.

excellent service, great quality products, fast shipping

title says it all. but i can't say enough about monoprice. Prices are indeed mono, quality of all products i purchased from them (cables, adapters, batteries, iphone accessories, and more) all been great. And if I had an issue, they replaced it right away, at their expense. don't pay crazy amounts of money elsewhere, buy it here. i just wish they had more iphone accessories like they used to.

Whats not to love?

I have been a Monoprice customer for years and have always looked here first for pretty much everything I buy. I have yet to find anywhere else that can come close to the wide range of products and the low prices. That's enough to keep people loyal, but the customer service is what sets Monoprice apart from the rest.

I have only had one issue with a product I purchased here (out of hundreds). I called them up and they sent out a replacement promptly, no questions asked.

Most recently, there was a shipping problem that was no one's fault but my own. I used the wrong street number. Monoprice was not able to catch the shipment before it was returned to sender, so they issued a new shipment and sent it out immediately.

You won't find this kind of customer service at any of the high dollar sites. As long as Monoprice keeps doing things the right way, I will be a loyal customer and refer everyone I know.

Yes - big box stores really do markup cables a bazillion percent

The price difference is astounding. With a little patience/preplanning you can get your cables at a fraction of the price of what you'd pay at a big box store. I wish I had known about them when I bought my home theater. Had I purchased cables through MonoPrice instead of at the store, the savings could've paid for one of my components.
