FORGET what your mother told you about too good to be true

In building a garage apartment, I had the opportunity to wire A/V and data the way I wish the house had been as it was built. Shopping around for keystone wall plates and modules, a search engine led me to monoprice.com. I couldn't believe the prices one-tenth of the big box home improvement stores! In addition to plates, I found high quality cabling at rock-bottom prices. "That is too good to be true," I thought. As I looked around, I saw almost everything I needed. Internet reviews were generally favorable, so I took the plunge. I was impressed in several ways reasonable shipping charges (actual costs to ship, based on weight, such a novel concept! =) ), payment in the form *I* want to pay, and the orders are filled almost immediately! Not only am I a repeat customer, I'm buying things to install at my friends' houses!

Great site and deals

I've ordered a few times from here and every time I shop here I'm amazed at how low the prices are compared to the retail stores out there. I'm just blown away that they can sell cables for that price, and people just buy them! I tell as many people I can about the great deals that monoprice.com has and that they need to visit here first before buying so they can save a lot of money. Keep up the great site and prices!

MonoPrice is unbelievable

like most people, when I saw the prices I thought, " If its too good to be true, it probably is." But after making my first order, I soon realized that these people are legit. Since then I have placed several orders, and every time I am astonished at the quality of the components they provide. Trust me, I have scoured the internet for lower prices, and MonoPrice is by far the lowest price and the highest quality. I don't know how they do it, but Keep It Up!

Not only does Monoprice have unbelievable prices, they are very dedicated to customer satisfaction.

Take my case for example, my mom always use the live customer help service via chat setup to ensure that she has selected the right equipment and cables online. My mom got worried on the 8th day after the order, so I contacted monoprice to follow up. The agent was extremely pleasant and explained the order might take up to 14 days to arrival by regular mail. We have received on the 10th day. A week later, I received an email from Monoprice to ensure that my package has arrived.

My family has been recommending Monoprice to all of our friends ever since, because the quality of products, very competitive pricings and responsive customer service support are keys to great success for many many years in the future.

Satisfied

I have used MonoPrice for about 4 years now because a friend got mad at me for spending big bucks at one of the big box stores. Not only did I save a ton of money but the guarantee that MonoPrice has how can you loose. Of course, the cables are so good, I'll probably never need at service. I have wall mounted two flat-screens and a projector using exclusively MonoPrice products. I got everything from wall plates and mounts to screens and extended cables for less then it would cost for just the mounts at other places.
