I purchased an item that consisted of several items to function properly. At first I had problems getting it to work. I called Monoprice with my problem and they promptly replaced the items and I purchased a couple more while I was at it. When I got the new items I couldn't get them to work either. Once again I contacted Monoprice for a refund and talked to a Customer Service person who went over the problem with me and found the reason it wasn't working. It seems it was my fault the product wasn't working (imagine that!). It now works fine and I am making Monoprice my electronic's store from now on. They are professional, patient and punctual. I highly reccommend them!!!

Monoprice is clearly the best place to buy products from. The quality of the product, price and process is beyond reproach. Their process / tracking is amazing. DO NOT USE THE USPS for delivery. It has now been over 7 days to deliver .46 ounces via the USPS from 60 miles away. I could walk that distance in less time! The USPS is all but out of business and you should be very careful to select anything, including a pack mule rather than USPS. My suggestion to Monoprice is to discontinue the ability to use them. While $5.90 delivery for a less than $12 item is high, the less than $3.00 alternative, the USPS / UPS delivery is beyond belief. I suspect that in the end, it will me a month or two before it arrives! Why would UPS want to associate their name with the USPS? Anyway, opt for the better shipping method if you want something to arrive in your lifetime.

Amazed by the service

Being in the IT field for over 15 years I have seen companies come and go, but I must admit that MonoPrice has their act together. I placed an order Early Tuesday, and have it sitting at my door Wednesday morning. I am greeted with an email and a picture showing my packaged was delivered. Your customer service was polite, fast, and accurate. I am amazed by your service so much, I am using MonoPrice for my business clients also, MonoPrice offers me a faster service and much better price versus order to other companies. So if you have not bought from MonoPrice, know you are in the best hands this industry can offer.

That was the fastest service in history. Monday, I ordered printer adapters after 2 pm and selected next day delivery. I was expecting a Wednedsay delivery. I was not expecting the box to be on my porch Tuesday morning...and there it was. AWESOME!

I have been overly satisfied with everything I purchased through Monoprice. Shipping was great, instaliation a breeze and quality was very impressive. When you figure the cost of the speakers you cant beat the quality for the money. We did 22 speakers in our new home including 2 rooms with complete inwall/ceiling surround sound and it sounds great. I am no expert but for a homeowner that wanted good quality sound without an incredibly high priced system I am very pleased. 5 stars from a home owner in nebraska..
