long time monoprice shopper

been buying from Monoprice for some years now. they are my goto company when i recommend a wall mount for a tv and cables. the pre-sales team answered all my questions and made the purchase seamless. When i got the mount and cables, i installed it with no issues. if anyone asks, i point them to their website to sort out their needs for quality goods.

I have purchased products over the years from Monoprice and have found them to be equal if not better then major brands. Price performance you will not find a better product. I should mention that I have always picked the products that were designated premium or the ones that had the better specifications in the grouping. Keep up the good work!!

Monoprice should the guide to customer service for the Online Business Community.... All products are so clearly defined in easy to find locations on the website. When you find the item you think you are looking for, not only does it normally have a complete breakdown of the specifications, but also detailed reviews from actual purchasers. To go one step further on many products they include links to demonstrations or hands on reviews so it is very easy to decide if the product is for you. Once you place your order, the email system is prompt and you exactly when you are going to receive your item. Even when you have some difficulty with your order, calling customer service is a pleasure from the knowledgable and friendly staff. They go out of their way to make sure you are 110% satisfied with your purchase. Hands down the product is first rate and affordable!!! I recommend Monoprice to anyone looking for any kinds of networking or home theater products!

Excellent company

I have never been disappointed, recently bought an ultra slim wall mount for my toshiba LCD, worked great and was 1/10th the price of future shop. Have bought hdmi cables, iPhone cases and I am always amazed at price and quality
