Easy, quick order, good products

Ordered two HD TV antennas - product 4730- amazing that a $22 item can work so well.
Ordered several other misc cables, all are excellent quality. I live in AZ, so shipping from CA only took 1 day. Only small peeve was during a chat session. The tech guy was helpful, but it was obvious that he was chatting with SEVERAL pother customers that it took a while for him to come back to my chat session . This happened several times. It was also obvious that he was rushing from person to person, he didn't really read my chat questions before answering, but after reiterating what I really wanted to know, he was able to answer it. Keep up the good work, monoprice. With consistently good quality and low pricing, customers will continue to come back.

I do a lot of installs for customers and friends and monoprice is the only place I buy my cables and accessories. The best place to buy not only for the amazing price but the best customer satisfaction guaranteed. I have been shopping here for over 5 years and will continue forever.

Great service and lots of great products.

Recommend to anyone looking for a any type of cable or connector. I purchase all my cables through monoprice.com. I have always received great services and top quality cables just as described. Some of the cheaper extras are a more throw away products, but I never feel like a paid to much. Keep up the great work!

MonoPrice the Best Kept Secret!!!

I have been using Monoprice for over a year now and have yet to have any issues. Whene there is a minor issue Monoprice does great at resolving the issue and makes sure to take care of the customers. At first we used Monoprice for basic cables and little things, now we use them for everything they sell, from in-wall speakers to projection screens. We have yet to be dissapointed. Keep up the great work MonoPrice!!!

I learned about MonoPrice.com from listening to a radio show. Since then I have ordered numerous cables and some iTouch/iPad accessories. Everything has worked perfectly. One of my coworkers was skepticle when I said I could get a 15' phone charger for $4 versus $30 for a 3' version from a major phone company. I bought her one and one for my finance v.p. My finance v.p. loves me now for purchasing from MonoPrice and my coworker is no longer skeptical. I am fortunate that I live near the warehouse so I can even pick things up.
