Monoprice is, hands down, the best place to buy cables. Buying from anyplace else is like opening your wallet in a convertible with the top down going 90 mph it's not safe and you lose money.

Quality and excellent value

I have purchased hdmi cables from Monoprice in the past and in my opinion, they have excellent service, great prices and very quick shipping. Whenever I need a cable or other Misc. Items for my home theater or cell phones, monoprice is the place I always look at first. I am also in the furniture business, which offers many conversations with my clients about technology and I can honestly say I have written down monoprice.com's website hundreds of times on the back of my card in trying to save my clients money on mounting brackets, hdmi and Misc cables for their home. I receive many thank you's from people for that information in trying to save them money.

Monoprice is the best!

I recently bought a universal ceiling bracket for my new home theater projector. It works like a charm, and saved me a lot of cash! In these tough times, I always look to Monoprice to save money. Keep up the good prices, or should I say keep down the good prices! :)

Great chat support

When I installed my first home theater several years ago ordered my cables and the ones my brother-in-law needed for about the money we'd have spent on a single cable at the local retailer.

Now I'm doing the upgrade with a 55" hanging from the ceiling. I was so excited that MonoPrice had the mount I needed plus great prices on the 25 foot cables I need I ordered right away. Right after I checked out I realized that in my enthusiasm I forgot all about the speaker wire.

I got on the chat support where a helpful representative was able to cancel my order so I can resubmit with everything I need.

I had a problem with an optical cable that I ordered from Monoprice. Leading a busy life (as we all do), I was a bit lax in reporting the defective item to Monoprice. I could have just ordered another cable from Monoprice - after all, their prices are ridiculously cheap. But I decided to give their online customer service chat a whirl and see what would result. I had the pleasure of working with Jimmy Nguyen from Monoprice Customer Service regarding my problem. He went above and beyond to ensure that all my needs and questions were satisfied and made accommodations for a replacement cable to be sent. It is experiences such as these, coupled with the quality and prices of the product, that make a lifetime customer.

Great products

Ive used monoprice.com for a few years now and Ive recommended them to many friends. Ive bought stuff like speaker cables, HDMI cables and TV mounts. The TV mount i bought last year is by far the most impressive purchase ive made. Very reasonably priced and is still holding strong with my 52" LCD hanging from it. Whenever i need gear at low prices, Monoprice.com is the place for me.
