Cable is hood, center blue plastic spool wheel snapped into shard apparently in shipping? just noticed this after ripping of the cardboard circle pull out. Hope none of the cables are damaged, but overall good quality

It's an Ethernet cable. It just works. I don't have any problems with it. This is my first time to purchase 1000 feet of cable. It comes in an "easy-to-pull-out-only-as-much-as-you-need" box.
My only hiccup was that I ordered two in the same transaction. One came in a few days, while the other took a couple of weeks.
I used the cable to connect a patch panel to several rooms at my church. As I mentioned, it works.
The cable was on sale at a great price. If it's on sale I would recommend the purchase.
