I have not had time to run audio. However, the build quality is excellent. I took the ends off Ohms tested all the pins. I was worried because, another review said the tip, ring, the sleeve was wired wrong. I did not pay attention to the reviews pinout order: The Tip, Ring, Sleeve is wired correctly on my cable. Therefore I re-read his review just now. He has it wrong; his cable was wired correctly as well. He was under the wrong (AES) impression. He thought Pin 3 into Tip and claimed it to be (AES) Standard. However, I knew that was incorrect. The cables are correctly wired, in the (AES) configuration for Audio instrument and or audio interface cable. I believe mic has a different wire. I don't use a mic that ofter so I can't say that for sure. I will repost after I have run some audio. So far pro and Con. Pro: Excellent build quality, correct pinout, good feel. Best part= easily repairable. Con: Could use a little better insulated in the solder joints.

Excellent cables, can not fault in any way.. Great build and audio quality. Why pay 3 or 4 times more ! Every cable in my studio is a Monoprice cable and not a single issue. Very happy with these cables and highly recommend.
I was actually surprised when I un-boxed these cables. Not only are they very sturdy and feel very high-quality, they exceeded my expectations compared to much more expensive cables I've had in the past. Monoprice for the win.
Good quality and item as described. Fast shipping although the box was hammered when it got here. Fortunately the cables were the only thing in the box and were not damaged.
These are the same high quality as Monopriceâ??s microphone cables, which I've always really liked. The signal quality is very good and the covering is flexible enough that they are the best cables Iâ??ve found as far as resisting kinking. Theyâ??re the best bargain there is IMHO. I only wish Monopriceâ??s guitar cables were made the same way.
