After multiple attempts to get a unit where the IR remote works it still does not work.
The IR cable that was provided by all the units they sent were for IR sending not receiving. They attempted to use another Monoprice product and the IR receive cable it comes with but that also did not work. Even after asking them to make sure one of the replacement units worked before sending it also came with only an IR sender cable and the remote did not work.
