Excellent replacement build plate at a great price.

I bought my MP10 3d Printer 3 years ago. After 1 year, the build plate's surface started flaking off, leaving pits. I've been trying to get a replacement for 2 years. Monoprice has it listed in their parts list, but is is always UNAVAILABLE. I got on a list to be notified when it becomes available. I received an email telling me that it is finally available, with a link to purchase it. It is such a hard item to get, that I bought 2 of them. Two weeks later, I got an email telling me that the part is not available, and they refunded my money. I've been able to use the buildplate by placing the part on an area that is not damaged. Now that there are so many damaged areas, it is very difficult to work around them. So difficult that I have lost interest in trying to use my 3d printer.

I can't keep doing this. I've bought maybe 10 of these and about 3 of them have some form of 'bubble' when it heats up. This last one, unfortunate, is very extreme and it broke my printer.

I installed a new plate, set printer to do a long print overnight. I checked on it before bed and it look fine. Woke up in the morning to see a disaster. A HUGE bubble underneath the bed somehow formed and pushed up my print into the nozzle.

I woke up and saw filament debris everywhere. The nozzle and harness was stuck to the print and print bed. It apparently moved around and melted all the other print with it and become a giant blob that glued it down while the print kept trying to print.

Now my printer turns on but won't move. Very frustrating. I'm going to have to replace my printer or find a better way to get consistent print bed.

Nice to have a plate for each type of filament. I trashed my original plate experimenting and getting to know the limits of the printer. First rule of government spending. Why buy one when you can have 2 for twice the price. ;)

Great!!! Mire than I wanted in package

I bought two and all 4 corners on both were bent due to improper packaging. They were in bubble pack inside a box and were allowed to bang around inside the box. Really a shame that they got bent up from very easily prevented damage.

Fantastic service. I love my new printer, and for the price I expected just the cover and nkt the metal bed platform, but you get the whole shebang. Great company, Great product.
