Has anyone else had an issue with the (originally) white plastic plate and knob turning significantly yellow over time? This applies not just to the ones in sunny rooms, but even those in shaded rooms as well. Other adjacent plates in my home (switches, receptacles, etc.) are still perfectly white. Time span for my comments was about 7 years as I installed the Monoprice volume controls in Nov-'14. I'm hoping the volume controls being sold today have better UV inhibitors added to the resin. If they don't, I'd much rather pay $30 for one from a local store that will still look white after a few years.

Excellent Volume Control

Easy to install, no problem with 14G Wire on the connectors and space to work the wires around the top / bottom of the product in the wallbox. No noise, works great. Comes with a nice set of extras including additional knobs, screws (long and short), and wallplates in Ivory, Tan and White.
