I used it with both my cameras ( D3200 & D750 ) without issues. Now I recommend having to support the ferrite so it does not just hang over the camera putting pressure and pushing out the USB connector.

BEST ANSWER: I don't know about that, but this cable did not work on my Nikon Coolpix L28, however I believe it's a software issue with my camera and not necessarily the cable. I tried 2 different one, same result.

I don't see it listed in 10ft. What I did was add a USB-A extension cable; if you go very long be sure it has a built-in amplifier.

BEST ANSWER: Looking into the FujiFilm JX665's USB port, it looks to be a Mini-B 8pin connection just like this cable. Though I can not find any written confirmation. Most of these point and shoot cameras will use a USB connector like this. I would recommend reaching out to FujiFilm to confirm on the type of USB port it uses. I hope this helps.

Is there a specific kind of extension cable I need to use to extend the length of this cable so it will either connect into a USB-A or USB-C port on my computer? I would be using this cable with my Nikon D7200 which requires this mini-b 8 pin cable.

Can you tell me what are the exact dimensions (width, height, lenght in mm) of the Mini plug? I have a generic Hearing Aid with a very small port that appears to be this one, but can't find any relevant info to try to determine if it's the same one... even in size. Thanks.

Works with Sony Alpha 350
My wife found a Sony Alpha 350 at a thrift store but it did not have a usb cable to transfer the photos to a computer and we did not want to be removing the CF card regularly so we found this cord and it does exactly what we need it to do for a great price.
