Does ARC work on these cables since they are directional and have a chip?

BEST ANSWER: Thank you for your question. Yes, ARC will still work with Active HDMI cables. You would still want to be sure to have the source end of the cable connected to the ARC enabled HDMI port on the source and the TV end connected to the ARC enabled HDMI port on the display.

It is directional so watch for that if you run this through the walls as I did.
I did not and had to run it twice.
The nice part is, it is not a thick cable and feeds nicely. I will buy again when needed.
