1st order: severely crimped edges on the black edges. White area is good and reflects well. I RMAd it just hoping I could get a perfect quality screen.
2nd order: even worse crimping, and a tab was missed to add tension (see picture)
I went through the pain of installing the second screen, and after that I decided that I wasnt going to risk ordering a 3rd just to deal with what is clearly a manufacturing issue. I kept the 1st order and returned the 2nd. Monoprice support offered another RMA but no guarantee that the issues would be resolved. Installing these screens and returning a 10 foot box are not my idea of fun, and I don't think I should be on the hook to do that, as I didn't get a pilot tester discount...
Also when I ordered the documentation clearly stated it was an RF remote. An IR remote is actually included and has port for a trigger. This was an annoyance as I ordered universal remote based on this documentation.
Overall though the screen looks nice and the motor is quick (faster than elitescreen that I had from 2015). Time will tell if it holds up to hundreds of rolling and unrolling.
